Products, goodie bags and tips for better oral health
On 31 August, it’s time to mark Oral Health Awareness Day – a day that highlights the importance of good oral health. The Dental Hygienist programme is celebrating with activities on campus where, as a student, you can get advice, products and the chance to learn more about how to prevent oral health problems.

Early voting at JU
Starting 26 August, you can cast your vote vote at the University Library at Jönköping University. The polling place is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 to 18:00.

JU launchers major reading initiative for students
Jönköping University’s (JU) literary initiative, JU Reads, is getting underway, with a grand launch event on 3 September. Author Lydia Sandgren will take part in a discussion alongside Albert Bonnier, publisher and co-owner of Bonnier AB. The initiative is supported by the Bonnier Family Foundation and the Hamrin Foundation. Welcome to the University library!

A quieter kick-off at the library
During the kick-off, there are a lot of activities on campus and the library organizes a slightly quieter kick-off with coffee and mingle. Welcome on 26-27 August and 1 September at 15:00-16:00!

Temporary assembly point in the event of a fire evacuation
While construction is underway at the entrance to Building K, the fire evacuation assembly point has been relocated. The temporary location is south of HLK, outside the orangery.

JU in the Pride Parade on 22 August
On Saturday, Jönköping University (JU) will be taking part in the Jönköping Pride Parade during Qom ut for the 13th time! All staff and students are welcome to join the parade if they wish and are able to do so, to highlight that JU is committed to creating an inclusive learning and working environment where all students and staff are treated with respect and inclusivity.
